Local lad and former player Ben Boothman has today been voted tighthead of the year in the National 2 North while playing for his current club Hull.  Good write up for him in the the Rugby paper, well done mate.

Boothy shone for us in two spell's and has contributed in 54 games bagging 19 tries. One of his last apperances was away at Durham in 2017 and scored in added time to secure a vital away win to save us from relegation.  Here is the evidence.

He's no stranger to the paper either with him having his own column in the Gazette chatting about farming stuff.
