Saturday 28th March

9.30am – Leave Malton RUFC, coach to Ricoh Arena, Coventry

Tour hoodies handed out on coach to children (please provide you team manager with your child’s size). If parents would like to order a tour hoody please let your team manager know your size (S, M, XL, XXL) and payment details will be on GSM nearer the time.

Packed lunch on the bus.

1.30 pm – Arrive at Wasps, Ricoh Arena

1.45 pm - Players to be guard of honour, briefing for guard of honour duties

3pm – Wasps v Worcester Warriors

5pm – Parents and players to meet Wasps team

6pm – Leave Ricoh Arena

7pm – Activity TBC

9pm – Arrive Premier Inn

Sunday 29th March

8am – Breakfast

9am – leave hotel and travel to venue (TBC)

10am – Arrive at venue

10.30am – matches to begin, lunch at venue

1.30pm – leave venue for return journey back to Malton RUFC

3.30/4.00pm – Arrive Malton RUFC

Booking and Payment Details

Spaces may be limited so you need to confirm your place on the tour by Monday 30th September 2019 and pay the first payment of £43.34 or full amount £130 by this date.

Second payment £43.33 by Monday 28th October 2019

Third Payment £43.33 by Monday 25th November 2019

Payment details are on the Game Management System (GMS).

Team managers will be responsible for pulling together numbers for each age group, making sure there is enough players in each group to allow them to play at the venue which is to be confirmed.
