-the RFU move onto paperless registration
-our move on to online payments
Our club has been using the Game Management System (GMS) for a while now for all the RFU admin, but from middle of this summer when we got notification that the RFU is to go paperless in 2020 so we have decided to move our registrations and club membership online from now on.
All Players, Parents and Guardians already have an online profile set up in accordance to the current RFU guidelines. Some details and login in details are unknown so please re-register or sign-in online and any previous accounts will be linked accordingly with any RFU qualifications and roles added to your new account.
****SENIOR PLAYERS PLEASE READ****
One thing we've already encountered is anyone wanting to represent one of our senior teams must be registered and either be a fully paid up member or have agreed to pay the Direct Debit scheme before the first league or cup fixture as your playing registration becomes "inactive" and unable to be selected on the RFU match cards. Our First fixture could be 31st August in the cup so it's advised senior players quickly get sorted to avoid a mad rush on the 30th August.
The Cub Registration/Sunday training days are;
-1st Sept
-8th Sept
-15th Sept *junior's have a fixture.
It is requested all age grade players and parents attend one of these days but it's advisable all club members try and attend one session too. A photo will be needed for the registration officer, who then will issue your team manager with your playing card.
****Please note cash and cheques are still accepted but must be handed to a club official with
-FULL NAMES & RELATIONSHIP TO CONNECTED CHILDREN
-DOB
-ADDRESS
-DETAILS OF CONNECTED CHILDREN
-CHEQUE REF. NO.
Once completed these are passed onto our Membership Secretary who can liaise with the Treasurer and Data Officer to fully complete your membership.
E-receipts are now issued on completion. (they might drop into your junk)
