We believe our young players perform at their best when they collaborate closely as a team, with respect serving as the foundation of the Rugby Academy.
Students are encouraged to demonstrate respect to everyone they interact with, both on and off the field. We also emphasize that true enjoyment isn't solely tied to winning; it comes from cultivating a love for the game, working hard, honing skills, building friendships, and personal growth—regardless of the outcome. Discipline plays a crucial role in shaping our students' character, making them stronger, fitter, and more successful players. Whether in victory, defeat, or a draw, our students are taught to display outstanding sportsmanship, always congratulating and shaking hands with their opponents.
