Senior Training continues Tuesday and Thursday with touch rugby to the fore, so any adults men or women thinking of easing into Rugby there isn't a better time.
Mini and junior season launched this morning seem's to have gone very well.
Natwest Rugby Force physio room alterations have started thanks to Colin . I'm sure there is other things to be done too.
