Malton and Norton Rugby Union Football Club Raffle Terms and Conditions

1. Organizer: The raffle is organized by Malton and Norton Rugby Union Football Club.

2. Eligibility:

   • Entrants must be 18 years of age or older.
   • I Rob Featherstone the raffle organiser forgo the right to play.
   • This will be a public raffle there is no requirement to be a club member to win these tickets.

3. How to Enter:

   • Raffle tickets are priced at £20 each.
   • Entries can be purchased online through https://shorturl.at/iQAmO or by contacting the raffle organiser
   • There is no limit to the number of entries an individual can purchase.

4. Entry Period:

   • The raffle entry period begins on 8th August and ends on 5th October.
   • All entries must be received by 6pm on the closing date.

5. Prizes:

   • The prize is four tickets to the England vs. New Zealand rugby match on 2nd November 2024.
   • No cash alternative is available.

6. Winner Selection:

   • The winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries received.
   • The draw will take place on 6.30pm 5th October
   • The winner will be notified by phone or email within 2 days of the draw date.

7. Claiming the Prize:

   • If the winner is unable to accept the prize for any unforseen reasons and the prize not claimed, a redraw will take place, and a new winner will be selected.
   • The Winner or a nominated representative of the winner will recieve the 4 tickets digitally via the Twickenham App. from the event organiser. 

8. Publicity:

   • The winner agrees to the use of their name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry.
   • Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

9. General Conditions:

   • The Club reserve the right to cancel or amend the raffle and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the organizer’s control.
   • Any changes to the raffle will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the Club.
   • Match Tickets are in the aclohol free seated area of Twickenham Stadium, enabling the enjoyment of the game for the winner and choosen guests.

10. Limitation of Liability:

    • The Club will not be responsible for any incorrect, inaccurate, or incomplete entry information by participants.
    • The Club is not responsible for any technical malfunction of any communications network, online system, computer hardware, or software that may affect entry to the raffle.
    • The Club is not responsible for the winner or thier guest's travel to and from the match nor their behaviour inside Twickenham.

11. Governing Law:

    • The raffle and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
