Member subscriptions are crucial to the long term financial stability, competitiveness, and success of Malton & Norton Rugby Union Football Club, as well as forming the foundation of our democratic structure. Every single Member Shareholder makes a difference to OUR club. 

By becoming a Malton & Norton Rugby Club member you commit to adhere to the Consitution, Current Policies & Code of Conduct, please use the links provided to understand them.

The Rugby club is always looking for supporters with suitable skills to assist in a variety of ways. As a Member Shareholder you may simply want to cheer the team, stand for election to the exec committee at the AGM, or help in positions in between. Simply speak to a club official at a match, or email the club at maltonandnortonrufc@outlook.com to register your interest.

You can also help your rugby club by recruiting new or lapsed Members to pay annual subscriptions and get them on board. The more who pay in, the more chance the club have of moving forward.. It’s as simple as that!

Membership Types

Club Membership (£25 per year, VAT inclusive)
Our Personal Membership (Yearly Subscription)

This membership costs just £25 per year (VAT inclusive) and grants you full membership of Malton & Norton RUFC. You will hold one share in the club and be entitled to one vote at annual general meetings, in accordance with our constitution. Additionally, this membership allows you to stand for election to the Executive Committee.

Added Benefits:

• Access to the international ticket ballot

• Bar discount

• Gym Discount

• New members will receive a membership/discount card. Returning members will have their previously issued card extended in our system. If you require a replacement card, a £5 fee applies and can be added at checkout.

• RFU course reimbursement & the RFU club liability "The cover arranged includes ‘Combined Liability’ protection for your club, including players, coaches, officials and committee or board members and trustees as well as catastrophic injury ‘Personal Accident’ cover for players, coaches and referees".

A Membership Add on is available on GMS in the "Buy products tab" or in the checkout enabling you to purchase a book of 12 match tickets for the upcoming season..

Vice President Membership (£120 per year, VAT inclusive)
Our "Just a Little Extra" or Couples Membership (Yearly Subscription)

This membership costs £120 per year (VAT inclusive) and provides full membership of Malton & Norton RUFC for you and one other person. Both of you will each hold one share and be entitled to one vote at annual general meetings, in accordance with our constitution. Additionally, either of you may stand for election to the Executive Committee.

Added Benefits:

• Access to the international ticket ballot

• Bar discount for both members

• Gym Discount

• 24 1st XV match day tickets for you and your nominated member

• New members will receive a membership/discount card. Returning members will have their previously issued card extended on our system. If you require a replacement card, a £5 fee applies and can be added at checkout.

This membership costs £1,100 (VAT inclusive) and provides full lifetime membership of Malton & Norton RUFC. Senior Player Membership (£20 per month, VAT exempt) 
Malton & Norton RUFC Senior Player Membership & Playing Subscriptions (Monthly Subscription)

Our new subscription model for senior players covers both membership and playing levies.

There are two options for senior players which include playing stash.

£20 a month without a sponsor.

£12 a month but only with a player sponsor.

It's expected both senior Men & Women endeavour to secure a sponsor as soon as possible for prompt delivery of playing stash

Both (totalling £240 annually,) grants you full membership of Malton & Norton RUFC. You will hold one share in the club and be entitled to one vote at annual general meetings, in accordance with our constitution. Additionally, you may stand for election to the Executive Committee.

• Club player stash (£20 a month or £12 with a sponsor)

• 12 match day entry tickets for a guest

Player Sponsorship Opportunity:
Returning this season is our Senior Player Sponsorship Package, which offers a way to reduce your subscription costs to the £12 a month. Securing a sponsor at £100 + VAT can provide a discount on your subscription.

Player sponsorships can be purchased online via the GMS “Buy Products” tab the VAT will show on the downloadable invoice or please speak to a club official to learn more, VAT invoices can be raised through Pete Hartley.

Important: Once a sponsor is secured direct debit mandates and sponsorship agreements will be strictly managed. Sign up & purchase your Malton & Norton Playing reduced subscription.

Additional Notes:

• All kit remains the property of the club until playing subscriptions have been paid in full to the equivalent value of £240

• New members will receive a membership/discount card. Returning members will have their previously issued card extended in our system. If a replacement is needed, a £5 fee applies at checkout

• Casual player's would be required to be club members, they can either pay £12 a month (totalling £144) which is encourged and recieve all the above except the stash, a pay as you play option has been muted but as of yet is still to be confirmed.

Our Junior Player Membership is for boys and girls of secondary school age (U12–U18). This membership costs £100 (VAT exempt) and includes full junior membership of Malton & Norton RUFC, incorporating a £20 club membership fee and rounded-up weekly training/match levies.

• Weeknight training sessions

• 12 after-match food tickets

• Bar discount

• Access to alternative training facilities when required

• Potential gym discount for Colts and U18 Girls (currently under discussion)

Please note
As per club rules, age grade members are not eligible to vote at the AGM or stand for election until they reach 18 years of age. Upon turning 18, age grade members become full club members.

Due to a number of reasons we require regular visitors including parents to hold a full Club Membership (£25 per year) to support their child’s membership and access full club benefits.

New members will receive a membership/discount card. Returning members will have their existing card reactivated in the system. If a replacement card is required, a £5 fee applies at checkout.

Important: Age-grade memberships this season must be linked to a parent or guardian who holds a club membership.

Our Mini Player Membership is for boys and girls of primary school age (U6–U11). This membership costs £75 (VAT exempt) and includes full junior membership of Malton & Norton RUFC, incorporating a £20 club membership fee and rounded-up weekly training/match levies.
