Morning all,
I’d like to share some sad news from Matt and Tom Clark. Their father, Richard, passed away peacefully at home on the evening of 26th October.
Richard volunteered as Junior Fixture Secretary for a number of years while both Matt and Tom were part of our age-grade structure. Once they moved into the senior teams, he became an avid supporter, always following whichever side they were selected for.
Tom has kindly shared the details of Richard’s celebration of life, which will be held at Octon Crematorium on Thursday 20th November at 10:30am. This will be followed by an opportunity to share stories and memories of Richard at The Black Swan in Pickering.
The family has asked that any collection be donated to the York MND Association, who provided great support to Richard in recent months.
Our thoughts are with Matt, Tom, and their family at this difficult time.
