Get ready for a fantastic rugby experience this October half-term with Malton & Norton Rugby Club! We’re excited to announce our Foundation Ages Rugby Sessions, designed for players from U7 (Year 2) to U13 (Year 8). These sessions will be a great opportunity for young rugby enthusiasts to learn new skills, improve their game, and have fun during the school break!

Key Details:

• Dates: 29th, 30th, and 31st October
• Times: 9 AM to 1 PM each day
• Cost: £10 per day
• Location: Malton & Norton Rugby Club

What to Expect:

• Tuesday 29th October: Principles of Attack
• Wednesday 30th October: Principles of Defence
• Thursday 31st October: Contest for Possession

Each session will focus on fundamental aspects of rugby, including strategy, teamwork, and technique. It's a perfect environment for young players to grow in confidence and develop their passion for the sport.
